Capital Cleaning Contractors Complaint - Cleaning Contract Dispute

Review by yearoftherat on 2008-04-07
HONOLULU, HAWAII -- This Company fired me for no reason. My emplyee worked at that site for over a year, without no complaints. But tonight, 04/06/08 8:00 pm Hawaii time, I got an email from [snip], a worker from Capital Contractor saying to pick up my belongings and don't come back. He paid us minimum wages 7.50 an hour, worked very hard like a slave, without no respect, and out of the blues, got canned. I can see if we didn't do our job, or had complaints, but again these mainland corporation people has no heart.

If anyone out there can help me with reaching out and letting them (Capital Cleaning Contractors) know what they did wrong. I also can see if they gave me warnings about my job, but they gave no warnings at all.

My name is Ken Smith and I can be reach at [snip] Email: ksmithaiea at aol.com.

Many Mahalos and Aloha for this site for letting me share this story.

It sure sounds like something turned up missing at the job site. No explanation translates to we can't prove it, but the field of who was there is pretty slim.

Or it could just plain have been a lay-off.

Sorry for your job loss. But, please explain to me where (without a contract) a company, even a 'haole' ('mainlander') one) is obligated to a service provider in perpetuity. Again, sorry to hear of your job loss. I'm sure another will come up soon.
