Auto Umhlanga Complaint - Bad Service With No Follow Up

I purchased a 2006 demo BMW from Auto Umhlanga in Durban. The vehicle was delivered to me with a CHARGE. The vehicle had some problems, which was taken up with the sales rep [snip], who promised to attend to them [in a timely manner].

To date he does not return calls or respond to emails and I find this totally unethical.

He just wanted to make a sale with NO after sales services.

I will never purchase another BMW again.
