Dell Computer Complaint - Stinky Customer Service

LONGMONT, COLORADO -- I bought a laptop from Dell and have had absolutely awful service. If US based companies are going to hire outsourced oversees companies to do Customer Service then they should take the time and pains to train them. I wish there was a way to know which companies are using oversees call center so that people like me can chose not to do business with them.

I would much rather deal with Customer Service Rep here in US then outsourced robots who do not know a any thing other then what has been programmed. I hate it.

Please bring all service within US.

Unfortunately, a CSR in the US is paid $8-15/hr. A CSR in India is paid that in a week. AND, it's a lot easier to fire workers in India...even if they don't make a mistake. BUT...not EVERYONE wants to pay an extra $300-500 per computer...just so we can have North American CSRs.

Regardless of where a CSR is located they all read from the same script.
