Global Tel Link Complaint - Billing and Payment
These people suck. I paid my bill online one day but when I checked my account balance the next day I hadn't been given credit for the amount that I had paid. So I call one of the phone numbers they had to get things straightened out. After waiting for over an hour I finally found myself talking to a woman in India who didn't speak English. So I was finally able to get her boss on the line. She wasn't helpful either. After looking at my account she determined that my giving money to them didn't involve the balance decreasing by the amount given. This was the second time that this had happened. So the next day I had them up my limit to $150 and received calls to max out the account. I am now refusing to pay the balance. Their [snip] than thou knowledge and attitude will get them nothing from me.
