Best Buy Informative - Very Poor Customer Service
IOWA -- I purchased my washer and dryer on Feb. 27. $1844.00 CASH. I told them when I ordered it I needed the dryer side vented. I get a message the night before delivery that they cannot do my side vent, they need to order the part and have a service tech install it. Okay. The set was delivered 3/1. On 3/3, I called and told them to order the part. Two weeks later I called to check on the status. No record of it being ordered. I was told they would order the part. Two weeks go by. I call again. No record of the part. This time I get a call back, the part is finally ordered. It should arrive at my house 4/8.
So, I call to set up an appointment to get it installed. April 17. Why does it take 45 days to order a part and get it installed? And after all this all I get is a very weak, Sorry. I don't know what they could do, but somehow, a simple sorry doesn't cover it.
