Total Idea Software Complaint - The Worst Customer Service I Have Found In Years

NEW ZEALAND -- Total Idea's policy is this:

1. no support of any kind on nay product before you buy it
2. you have 156 days to test each product and only about 1/2 the features are enabled

So, I bought OutNote. It allows you to put interactive notes on Outlook messages. It basically worked during the 15t days, so I bought it. Three days after I bought it, the forced an update which crashed outlook. They now require UAC turned off, no anti-virus software installed and everything running as administrator. When I sent support requests complaining about this, they blamed Microsoft, said I had a rude tone and would never respond to a support request ever again. No refunds, and no support - a useless product and a useless company.

They are a very proud company that feels they can do nothing wrong. Their slogan is "often imitated, never equaled"
