Farberware Complaint - Farberware Blames The Customer

PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA -- Bought a 10 speed blender that bottom :collar" is fused to blending jar. I read off to them all the numbers they require & seems that the base is missing a number they require. This somehow became my fault. Without that number they will not stand behind the product. Amazing that it is my problem. No apology, just tough luck. It is an inexpensive item, not worth the low price. I will run away next time I see their name on any item.
