MetroPCS Complaint - Refunds Regarding Online Payments
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- METRO PCS Lacks Customer Service within all of companies policies and Bull$hit! I have been a customer with Metro PCS for over three years, and they tell me it will take them up to 6 weeks to issue a refund to my back account because I was charged twice for my monthly payment. I always have paid my payments online and never have had this happen before.
Also, their representatives REFUNDS REGARDING ONLINE PAYMENTS can't barely speak English. I thought this was American and English Speaking society. The Supervisor which gave a bogus case number to my refund was equally unhelpful.
How DARE METRO PCS Profit off of my payment, earn interest for up to six weeks and refund me. What Bull $hit! What Lovely Customer Lovely Customer Service these big Corporations put out ! START THE SMALL BUSINESS REVOLUTION!
