One Click Appliance Complaint - Horrible Service - Jenn-Air Gas Cooktop

CALIFORNIA -- We ordered a Jenn-air gas cooktop from "one click appliance". They charged my credit card right away and never sent me the cooktop. They promised the cooktop in 2 or 3 weeks delivered. After that time I would call and call and they promised me it will be sent out right away or that it is in the warehouse for delivery. I called my credit card and they helped me . Two months of nothing but promises and they never did send it...

A lot of lies and excuses from them. I would never buy from them again and never recommend them. It was a total nightmare working with them

Hopefully your credit card company credited you back the charge from "One Clit Appliance"?

Deja vu'. That's exactly what my experience with One-Click-Appliances went like. Our purchase was made in January, money debited instantly for payment, nothing received, calls not returned (if I could reach them in the first place...most of my attempts resulted in an IVR message telling me that the agents were too busy for me and that I'd just have to call back another time, etc). After waiting 6 weeks and receiving nothing, I started a nasty email campaign between myself and their customer service (since I couldn't get through by phone) and demaded cancellation and refund. I was given a case number and a "transaction ID" for the credit they promised to submit to my debit card. Long story short, no refund, more lies, me filing complaints with the BBB and debit Mastercard. My card company issued my refund (now 4 months from original purchase) and started an investigation of their own. I was also able to go back to One-Click's site and retrieve some of the email correspondance from them, which I sent to MC to help prove my case. Hopefully you'll be able to do the same! Good luck.
