Imperial Majesty Complaint - Total BS Advertisement

Review by discouarged on 2008-04-14
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- What ever they put in their ads is a lie lie lie. It is just a con. Like you will cruise free forever. Ha ha ha. They are constantly sending emails to people for getting business, to the point you have to spam them out. They never give you what they promise, it is just a con.

You can't communicate with these people on the phone. They don't speak good grammar or English. They don't know half of what you are asking regarding trips. You can't seem to get a manager or who owns the company and how long they have been running. You cannot feel secure with their actions and behavior in doing business.

But yet they want people to purchase trips. Now way jose. My friend runs a travel business and they wouldn't even recommend them. And other people in the travel business I know feel the same way. They are fed up with their retarded emails and the seem desperate but yet their attitude is killing all their business and they don't even know how to run a business.

Thanks Leela for at least offering the important information needed here. That ad seems to have the disclaimers right there and easy to understand. If the complainant could offer more details of their personal experience, it would go far on this.
