DirecTV Inc Complaint - Cheating And Lying To Customers
SUMMERTOWN, TENNESSEE -- I recently subscribed to direct TV through AT&T which said that I could get internet, phone, and Direct TV for this price. Well when I stated getting my bill it was a lot more than what they said so after about two to three months I cancelled and went back to charter. Now that I cancelled direct TV says that I still have to pay them for the next two years. Which they conveniently forgot to tell me. I think its a crying shame that companies have to stoop to lying and cheating customers to make a living.
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND A COMMON THIEF ON THE STREET IS THAT THEY ARE LET GET AWAY WITH IT. THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THIS TWO YEAR AGREEMENT. I MIGHT HAVE TO PAY IT BUT IT WILL TAKE ME TWO YEARS AND MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD BY ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS A CUSTOMER OF DIRECT TV AND ALSO AT&T.
