Air Plus Heating and Cooling - Saginaw, Michigan Compliment - Good Service - Heating Service

Review by old fart on 2008-04-14
SAGINAW, MICHIGAN -- I had an intermittent problem with my furnace and hired Air Plus heating because of the service I received previously.

Each time the owner came over, the trouble symptoms would disappear and he spent about 8 hours of his time, including one session from 10 PM to 1:30 AM on a weekend. The problem finally revealed itself in his presence and the next afternoon replaced the intermittent part. He charged me the equivalent of ONE service call and the cost of the part.

All he asked was that I recommend him to friends and acquaintances...
Consider it done with pleasure...!

Excellent review Old Fart! I'm glad they were able to fix your furnace. I wish there were more business owners like him.

If I meet anyone from Sag, I'll let them know. I may, you never know. It's nice to hear about the good businesses--they definitely deserve praise.

DB--He's probably married with 5 kids. Why do you think he spent so much time at OF's where it was nice and quiet, lol.

Dianec.. you ARE good.
Do me the favor of telling me 6 numbers for the mega-millions lottery tomorrow.
There will be a handsome commission in it for you....

Well, I'm still waiting for Princi to confirm.

Okay, OF--here you go--5, 6, 8, 11, 14, 31. I wish you luck. No commission needed--just knowing you are rich will be enough for me.

Well, OF, looks like I'm off a bit--quite a bit! Wow--Princi--I haven't had cheeseburger pie in years. Sounds yummy! But, you should have said pasta and a salad to make me look good, lol.

I am out of here with my psychic powers. Must go relax a bit. Tomorrow is more planting outdoors--if we get a little bit of rest from the rain. Have a good night everyone!

LOL, you know I was going to, but that cheeseburger pie was so yummy.
Really easy too!
1 lb. 90/10 sirloin
1/2 an onion finely chopped
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bisquick
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray.
Spray a frying pan with olive oil pam, brown beef and onions.
Season with black pepper (hubby isn't allowed to have salt anymore)
When done add to the bottom of pie pan. Top with cheese.
Mix together bisquick, milk, and eggs (mixture will be thin) and pour over the top of the meat and cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Well, I was just signing off when I saw Princi's recipe. I can make this when I have my crowd in July (for one of the meals). Sounds just like what my mom used to make!
Thanks, Princi, and I appreciate the thought. Have a good evening!

Oh yeah...you are...nevermind! LOL!
Posted by old fart on 2008-04-14:
See you folks later... I'm going to crawl into a (finally) warm bed, not having to listen for strange noises from the furnace...

Enjoy and have a good night, Dear!
