Celebrity Cruises Complaint - Onboard Media shopping representatives

Celebrity Cruises contracts with Onboard Media to provide onboard shopping as well as shopping recommendations in ports of call. An Onboard Media representative onboard ship assurred me as to the return policy of a jewelry item I purchased in Cabo San Lucas. When I tried to return the item within the policy told to me it was refused by Celebrity Cruises and Onboard Media. Also, there has been a total lack of concern and communication by both companies. I will not cruise with Celebrity again nor will I believe anything told to me by Onboard Media. Both companies have an attitude of I'm bigger than you and don't care about you.

Celebrity Cruise is owned by Royal Caribbean International.
