EBA Wholesale Complaint - Delivery Damage They Won't Deal With

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Bought a refrigerator: the delivery guys 1) scratched floors inside the house and on porch 2) scratched up both doors (Badly right thru black finish to show white below) 3) they could not remove handle to reverse the door and marred it further. They said "deal w/trucker" whose invoice had neither phone # nor address and who does not answer messages and trucker says deal w/EBA. Customer service is useless and rude and couldn't care less (I've been screamed at by them) and trucker never returns calls. The one time I talked to the trucker he hung up on me. (EBA gave me the #) Six weeks later and still being screwed by EBA.

They have not taken care of anything. Heaven help you if there's any problem. Worst experience I ever had.

It is true--- they are impossible to deal with-no responsibilty for there sales- only take the money-now I know why they only accept cash at delivery-it you could pay by check or credit card they would be out of businss- and this is a neighborhood store- they should move to another neighborhood
