Comcast Corporation Complaint - worst custmer service experience ever!!!!1
NJ -- I have the most basic Comcast programming package(100 channels), 2 Chinese Channels and 3 outlets. My monthly rate is 100 dollars. For the same price, I can subscribe to every single channel that Dish Network carries and all the premium movie packages.
I used to have Dish Network but I had to close the account due to the renovations currently underway at my apartment building. I cant wait to have Dish back because Comcast is just not affordable.
The following event took place at a Comcast service center in North Arlington New Jersey.
I walked into that center on March 1st2008 to return my modem. I was hoping to take care of this transaction quickly so I can get on my way to work, but little do i know, I was about to experience the worst example of customer service imagineable.
First I was instructed to insert my modem into the rotating window by the lady behind the counter. I feel like I was being processed into a prison because of her arrogant demeanor and tone.
After she took the receiver, I waited about 30 seconds but no further instructions were given, so I asked her if there is anyting else I need to do. Her response was:"can you see I am busy? I cant do 2 things at once." That response would still haunt me to this day. Both her body language and her facial expression indicates that she was disgusted by me for some unknown reason. I cant imagine why since I am a good looking guy and very polite.
I have never lost my temper in Public but on that day I could not longer contain my anger. I confronted her and demand to know why she was rude to me. Instead of apologizing, she walked away without completing my return. So I waited another 15minutes for someone else.
After I got home that day, I wrote a letter to their corporate head quarters but never receive any response regarding this incident.
