Drive Financial Complaint - Unauthorized Payment
TEXAS -- Drive Financial services withdrew an unauthorized payment from my account that they had on file. Because of this my account went into the negative. They say that a post dated payment was set up on April 4th when the rep called. Untrue b/c no one called because when I called in inquiring about this the telephone info was not correct and the time of the call was impossible due to their hours of operation.
Do not pay with your banking info send only a money order. If possible do not even do business with them.
