Raymour and Flanigan Complaint - Extremely Bad Service
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- My sister ordered a table on-line because she could not travel to a store. After delivery, the table came in damaged and was of very poor quality. After calling the Customer Service line, she was advised that in order to get a credit she would have to visit a store even though she ordered on-line.
I believe this is unreasonable and I would never shop or recommend that anyone ever shop at any Raymour and Flanigan store again.
