HawkCommunications.com Complaint - unable to send email

NEW BERLIN, WISCONSIN -- I haver used this service provider for over two years and have been pleased with their service until September 1, 2003. They installed a new SMTP server and since then, I have had aterrible time trying to send emails. I have talked to tech support and supposedly the problem was fixed but it keeps occuring. When I type an email I never know if it will be sent. Sometimes it takes two or three days for it to go through. The last tech guy I talked to told me the problem was my computer and when I told him I had two computers which have the same problem, he hung up on me.
