Sears Complaint - Product Order Has Been Sent Three Time Due To Broken Parts
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I have been waiting to have my treadmill fixed since March 9, 2008. The first time a service guy came out to fix the treadmill he simply just lubricated some areas and said it was fixed. I was jogging on the treadmill that evening and unfortunately fell off, thank god I was okay. I called the service department that evening they scheduled an appt. the following Friday, I left work and went home to wait for the service guy he never showed up. I called the service dept. and they said I did not have any appointment, I then scheduled another appointment and they came out and said the board and two other parts needed to be replaced. The parts were delivered to my home and the service guy came out and could not fix the part, due to it was cracked, since then I have had three parts and one more on their way parts that have been cracked and my treadmill has still not been fixed. I have called the service department to ask If I could please speak to a supervisor and have been put on hold and hung up on me.
I have purchased many products from sears, and no longer will every purchased anything from sears again. I hope you do forward that to sears. I hope some one can help me with my treadmill.
