Westco Auto Informative - Bad Customer Service Westco Cairns Queensland

Wait to have Bad Customer Service would mean that there needs to be some to start with, When you call 5 times in 2 weeks to arrange for a service that is due and NOBODY returns your call, then that is what I class as BAD Service. When you ask if there are any cars available for use for the day and you are told we don't do that and then while waiting in a queue of 20 people all trying to book their cars in you read the sign that they do have cars for loan, obviously only for the more respected customer and not someone that has a new car.

Eventually the only way we got our car booked in was to call Volkwagen Australia and speak to them and have them call Westco and have them call us back to tell us that it would be another 2 weeks before we can get your car in.
