Journey Ed Complaint - Buying from Journey Ed? Bad idea

VANCOUVER, CANADA -- I recently purchased a Google Sketch Up Pro 6 from Journey ED. I did not receive my download instructions for over 2 weeks after paying for the product despite phone calls several times a day. When I finally received the download license they sent me a PC version instead of the Mac version that I had requested. When I called them back I was again given a run around with none of their managers bothering to return my calls. I am now finally told that I need to contact Google direct to get this rectified since they cannot do anything about this.

I need this program for 12 weeks for a course I'm taking and 3 weeks of that are already shot.
Suggest you'll go to another seller if you'll need to purchase any software since they are uncontactable if there are any problems and not helpful at all.

Assuming that you paid by a credit card, call your card company and dispute the card. That *always* gets their attention. Good luck.
