T-Mobile Complaint - Worst Phone Service Ever!
My wife and I share a family plan. While I am traveling to a different state, my wife cannot call me on my phone. I spend hours explaining the problem to various customer care, technical and account specialist agent and it has been a week now but still the problem exists and T-mobile representative belittle the problem by calling it "few days of inconvenience" and unwilling to tell me what the problem is, when it will be solved, or let me out of the contract.
This is what they said: "your wife has been able to send you text messages, I understand that this is not the same as a phone call but is sufficient in an emergency situation".
They expect me not to complain, continue buying their poor service, while they take their own sweet time with the problem (if they have been tending to it at all in the first place). They have totally ignored the distress they have caused us and are arrogant and unwilling to be held responsible for their shortcomings.
T-Mobile simply disgusts me and I would not recommend it to anyone who wants reliable service.
