LEESBURG, VIRGINIA -- A few weeks ago I purchased a Pulsar watch at the Seiko outlet store in Leesburg, VA. After a couple of weeks the watch stopped working. Thinking it was a dead battery I replaced it. New battery didn't help. I phoned the store and spoke to the manager, Eric, who asked me to return the watch for a replacement. If it was not an hour-long drive I would have brought the watch back. Eric offered to send a replacement with a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the defective watch. I agreed.

Within a few days I had a new watch and shipped back the defective one. This is outstanding service considering the watch was purchased at a great discount in their outlet store.

Wish there were such an outlet near me. I'm too frugal (read: cheap) to pay the regular retail price for a Pulsar. Had one for years and years with the only service required was a new battery. It finally bit the dust when repair would have been close to getting a new one. Good review.
