Gorilla Trades Complaint - Gorilla Trades Won't Respond To Cancellation Request
On March19th I subscribed to Gorilla Trades and within 3 weeks decided it was not for me. According to their terms you can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated amount of your subscription back. I did just that and still have nothing. My emails and phone calls to the company have yielded NO RESPONSE. What gives with that ? In addition they post a phone number to speak to a representative in which they say they will return the call and don't.
Then they say they get back to you in email and the email says please tell us the nature of your inquiry. Well I know they got my cancellation notice because within three days of my asking for a cancellation they took my access away. That was one month ago and still no money back!
They must be on rough times that they refuse to refund money.
