AT&T Complaint - Website/Call Center
I find it very frustrating to try to contact AT&T about anything not on their list of assumptions as to why you may wish to contact their company. If you cannot or will not be pigeonholed and wish to speak to a live person regarding any matter that is not included in the list of topics, you are just out of luck. I had a question about some old telephone book covers from when I was a child and was hoping to speak to someone who could possibly connect me to someone who know of someone who might be able to reach someone who once saw one of these old covers.
The lack of desire to interact with the customer, who is the lifeblood of the company, never ceases to amaze me.
