Netflix Complaint - Netflix - Unreliable Service
WASHINGTON -- The delivery has become very inconsistent after I upgraded from 2-movie to 3-movie plan. It took 2 to 6 days to get the next movie after I returned one. So I reported the problem and my account was frozen for over a week without any reason. I called and the customer service was not able to tell me why I was not getting any movies. I returned a movie on April 28.
It’s now May 5 and I’m still waiting for my next movie to be shipped. I currently have ONE movie at home and I’m on a 3-movie plan. Netflix is awful.
