Xanadoo Internet Service Complaint - Xanadoo Internet Service Reps Lack Customer Service Skills
ABILENE, TEXAS -- I have had the misfortune of being a customer of Xanadoo Internet Service. The customer reps of this low rate company lack the skills to provide customers with the help they need when calling the customer service center.
I called this company with a billing problem. Basically what they did was, change my billing date to 10 days earlier and put a limit on usage. Myself and MANY other customers were duped into believing that the service was UNLIMITED. I was calling the service center to try and straighten this out. The reps that I spoke with both told me that many people were calling and upset with this new change and had been informed in an email. I told this person that I did not receive an email. I told him several times that I did not receive an email. I really did NOT get an email from them. He proceeded to actually call me a liar and yes, he did actually say," You are a liar and, so are all the other people who have called and said they did not receive the email." I told him that some people REALLY did not get an email.
He then told me that the email service they use says EVERYONE got the email period. I asked this person to let me speak to someone other than him with some authority. He then told me he was it and, that I would not get any further than him and even if I did , no one else would help me. Needless to say I did not get thru to AARON that, what his company has done was very deceitful and, I would expect unlawful. I will be cancelling my service with this very unsavory trickster company.
If you are looking for an honest and fair ISP provider then, Xanadoo ISP is not for you. Please take my advice and continue your search as this company is a fly by night trickster company.
