Mimi's Complaint - Poor Service Food Cold

Review by henrybgood on 2008-05-06
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- My wife and I have gone to Mimi's in Los Angeles for several years, we went to one in San Antonio and were very unhappy. No bread offered, had to ask 20 mins. after we sat down, then excuses about it was in the oven, then the waiter brings out a muffin and said: " its' just like our regular bread".The food came out and it was cold, potatoes were beyond lumpy. We paid for our meal and decided to contact the manager named on the receipt, I called and he wanted to blame it on the waiter and had an attitude.

I sent a e-mail to the main office and never got a word back. I guess people don't care, but I do and if anyone mentions Mimi's, I let them know.

Wow, your right that does not sound like the Mimi's we have around L.A. Maybe you just hit one bad location? The Mimi's we go to often is great and has very nice employee's.

We just discovered Mimi's here at the new shopping cneter in Casa Grande, AZ and it is fantastic, Everyone I have spoken to who has eaten at any Mimi's has nothing but praise for these restaurants. Some people would complain if you hanged them with a silk rope (I will explain if you don't understand that.) There will be people that no matter how good the food and service are will find nits to pick about. Maybe you just got a waiter on a bad day, us normal human beings have them occasionally. You perfect people just have to learn to live in a human world.
