Rossi Chevrolet - GM - Buick Informative - Bad Customer Service

Review by worthless on 2008-05-06
WASHINGTON, NEW JERSEY -- Purchased a 2008 dealer driven Chevrolet Colorado with 11,000 miles for $23,000. from Rossi Chevrolet in Washington, NJ. After signing all the paperwork, and turning over the certified bank check they gave me the keys to the truck which they hadn't bothered to clean because "they weren't making that much on it" ($1,100). I can't believe they would treat a customer this way. I had the vehicle detailed the next day at my own expense for $160.00.

I filed a complaint with GM but they didn't do much of anything. I'll never buy another GM vehicle again, and I certainly won't purchase a vehicle at Rossi Chevrolet in Washington, NJ.

Come on, now I agree that the truck should have been cleaned, but that is absolutely ridiculous to make a statement that "You will never buy a GM vehicle again." This is not GM's problem...it is the dealer's. You need to contact the Sales Manager and explain the situation...not GM. Either that, or don't complain about it.

I should have explained further. My sales person promised that he'd set up a 1 year OnStar account with turn by turn, XM Radio, AND have the truck detailed. When I went to pick it up, none of this was done. It cost me $250. for the XM Radio, $250. for OnStar and $200. to have for detailing. I could have, and should have purchased a new truck for just $2200. more. Keep in mind, it had 15,000 miles on it too. When I complained to GM they didn't even return my email... If they gave me what they said they would give me I'd be happy. I was taken advantage of, and manipulated by this dealership.

I'll never buy another GM vehicle again!!!!
