FLORIDA -- I have paid off the total amount months ago and today received a call and was told I own 600.00 from late fees and memebership fees that I have never been sent a bill for. How do I correct this. Please let me know what to do next Thanks

The first step is to demand they send you written documentation supporting their request for this money. With no more information than you have provided here and since it was a phone request it could very well be a scam.
