Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Complaint - Poor Customer Service
SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS -- I took my car in for service on a Monday and was advised it would be ready by 6pm and I would receive a call that day. By 630pm I had to call them and was advised the car would not be ready until 11am the next day. At 1130am on Tuesday I again had to call them for a status and was advised they were just finishing up and I would receive a call between noon and 1pm. At 5pm I again had to call them and was advised the car was finished. I picked the car up on Wednesday morning by the time I drove home there was a rattling from under the car. Upon dropping the car off at 1030am on Thursday I was advised someone would call within the hour for an update. By 130pm I had to call for an update and was advised someone would call me right back. At 4pm I had to call and was advised they were test driving the car and would call me right back. At 5pm I again had to call them for the status of the car.
They obviously care nothing about customer service and will never receive any business from me again.
