Commerce bank Complaint - Be Careful With Commerce Bank
NEW YORK -- I recently open an checking account at Commerce Bank. First, I made cash deposit for open this account. Second, I deposit another check. After a couple week I deposit the third check. I was inform the third check needs few week to be available. Few days later I am in need small amount of cash and go to the Commerce Bank. I find out they freeze the entire balance (including the balance from first and second deposit) until my third check is clear. I was shock. So they show me my balance is negative. I deposits 3 times and they said my balance is negative so I can't get the cash. Unbelievable.
Anybody know who their CEO (Chief Executive Officer)? Just curious he/she create this system or just employee error?
