AIPCS Complaint - never received computer or money

ALABAMA -- This is absolutely the worse company I have ever done business with in my entire life. If anyone is even considering buying anything from them, I am desperately pleading with you---DON'T!!! I ordered a computer from them in July, 2003. I sent my downpayment with a money order. After several weeks had gone by without any communication about my computer, I called them. Well, that day, they answered right off the bat and put me right in touch with Mr. Lambos. He told me that I had failed to put the processing fee in with my downpayment. I looked back on my paperwork and saw that the fee was 49.00, but he told me I had to pay 59.00. I went ahead and sent the 59.00 so there would not be any other kind of delay. I waited, and I waited---still no computer. I called repeatedly, but for some reason, Mr. Lambos was unable to talk to me all those other times. When they still needed money from me, he jumped at the chance to talk to me. Does this sound familiar to anyone???? I was told to call back at 7 at night. Well I did, either I could never get through or he hung up on me. I have called the Better Business Bureau. I now have been asking for a full and complete refund of my money since September. It is October 27, 2003, and I have yet to receive a computer or my money. I have sent numerous emails. I have made hand-written letters to the company. I have called and talked with Mr. Lambos, who actually was one of the rudest people I have ever talked with and the girl answering the phone was even more hideous with our conversation. They would not even try to help, they could not answer any questions and never gave me any satisfaction as to what I needed answering. Basically, all I want is my complete refund from them, but it has been almost 2 months now. I don't even know if this was a legal business or not, but my lawyer is looking into it. Please don't get scammed the way I was. Spend you money on something worthwhile for you or your family, because they will obviously use your money for other purposes. If they already have my money and the money of others, you know they have it to give back to us. Someone at this AIPCS place, is gettin rich off of poeple like me, so please don't add your name to this list. I will tell anyone who will listen just how sorry and disgusting this business and the employees that I have talked with are. I would be ashamed to treat anyone the way that you have treated me. How do you sleep at night Mr. Lambos Ballos??? Your bed must be very comfortable!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY!! If I have to drag you and everyone that works there, through a lawsuit, I will get my money back, and then some, for all the humiliation and time wasted on this that you have put me through. I am fed up and willing to do whatever is necessary to retrieve my money.
