T-Mobile Complaint - Discontinuance Of Service Request Ignored
RANDALLSTOWN, MARYLAND -- I cannot believe that these modern day companies are so incompetent. I requested in January 2008, that the phone I had activated for my husband be discontinued, because he did not use it. He still does not use it. I thought the phone was off and today 5/14/2008, I received a bill for a phone that has not been used since I had it turned on.
My husband is not into cell phones, so I requested (in your Reisterstown Road store in Baltimore, MD) that it be discontinued. The young man who waited on me said that it would be turned off, and yet today I am still getting bills for it. I have turned this over to my attorney. The number for this phone is [snip]. If this phone is not discontinued, I will bring charges.
