ATT WorldNet Informative - Billing Practices - DSL
After receiving my ATT WorldNet new member package, I realised that it required an ethernet card. I immediately cancelled and was told that their would be no problem. I was then charged $349 to my bank account on 20 September without notice. I subsequently bounced 3 cheques with total bank and merchant fees of $125. I was told that ATT could not be held responsible for those fees and that I could not be refunded until the next billing cycle. I will never again do business with ATT due to this insane policy.
