Toys R Us Compliment - Consumers - Extremely Ignorant Customers
POMPTON LAKES, NJ, NEW JERSEY -- After reading many of these reviews, I have come to the conclusion that Toys 'R Us has some of the stupidest and most selfish customers ever. They think that everyone should serve them and they should be the exception to every rule. How hard is it really to follow a simple return policy? I mean, I understand how difficult it can be to read the larger than life signs posted all over the store that says the store can't take things back without a receipt, and within 90 days with a receipt.
Unfortunately, it's because of customers like YOU that the return policy is so strict. People who expect to buy an electronic, use it for a few months, and then decide they want something else. Instead of being an ignorant customer, (not reading the return policy, not doing research on the item) you expect people to cater to you and go out of the way to accommodate your stupidity! proclaiming "I DIDN'T READ THE POLICY, THE PERSON I BOUGHT IT FROM SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT IF I OPENED IT, USED IT FOR 3 MONTHS, AND THEN DECIDED I DIDN'T LIKE THE ITEM I COULDN'T RETURN IT FOR CASH!!!".... um yes, thats definitely what the associates should do. Seriously? Tell EVERY customer the return policy? And here I thought that's why is was posted EVERYWHERE.
As for the customers who think the managers should "put the coupons through" when they don't match the item..hmm.. I have a coupon for a free pantie at Victoria secret.. maybe I can use it to get a free Lexus instead, I'm sure that the car dealer will put it through, cause apparently thats the kind of service that customers expect.
