Southern Sales Complaint - Customer care and service
TRINIDAD & TOBAGO -- 15th May 2008
Hello to all reading this. I am from the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago, and a proud owner of a Mazda BT-50 4X4 of which has made 1 year since date of purchase and I have received the worst I will say again the worst mech. service on my beautiful vehicle from the first day I carried it to be serviced.
The pathetic company's name is SOUTHERN SALES & SERVICES CO LTD.
The first service done on my vehicle, (5000 kilo on a TT$180,000 vehicle) the oil filter was not tightened properly I found out this after reaching home after the service was done which is approx half way across the island from north to central Trinidad, where I saw oil leaking when I pulled into my drive that was probably blocked by the shield cause I checked before I left the place
Good thing I am bald cause I would have pulled out all my hair right there and then. In addition to that there was a new music CD in the CD player and a straw left tucked away under my hood
I went back to the company most annoyed gave them the cd back and told the manager what took place, he was kind enough to burn a copy of the cd and gave it me (had some nice songs on it)
Second service I was told would cost TT$600.00 which is fantastic up retrevial of my vehicle I was faced with a bill over over TT$1000.00, I asked what caused that, the CR proceeds to tell me:
CR -"they do some more stuff on the vehicle"
ME -more stuff like what "
CR -"I don't know you have to talk to the mechanic"
I refused to pay for what I did not know, in the end I paid the TT$600.00
Third service was an absolutely struggle to get from the company, they are always booked up could never make the time to service the product they are selling, and if you allow any other company to tamper with your vehicle you void a 3 year warranty. no problems with the service it self cause I sat in their office for 9 hours
MY forth service was suppose to be at 23,000 kilo my present millage is 26,250 and I am consistently being put always booked up after pre-booking at the third service. could never get a hold of the world most busy sales manager and the port of Spain branch where I purchased the vehicle.
To any one how can offer some assistance to me and that piece of beauty sitting in my drive way I want to hit the nail on the head and get some attention
"SOUTHERN SALES & SERVICES CO LTD" of Trinidad & Tobago port of Spain has the worst services ever they suppose to know when demand goes up and sales increase hire more damn people to maintain their service
