Best Buy Complaint - bad service and the,"run-around......."
FLORIDA -- To days date is Oct 30th 2003. On Oct 16,2003 I purchased a gamecude,a memory card the game,"the sims". from bestbuy.com Last friday I recieved the gamecube. i didn't recieve the game or memory card. buy sunday. my friend went to wal mart and goy me the game;"the sims"...then to come to find out-i had to have the R.F. Modulator in order to play on my tv. so i ordered one from bestbuy.com and had it sent for next day delivery..that i got in 2 days......i called up best buy and asked where the rest of my order was.and they told me that it takes 21 days before they will do anything. but yet,they charges my credit card. i cancelled another game-that i wanted for my PC,the other PC game was sent out.now i'm waiting for that to send back too.......TODAY! I tried to get into my acount and they claim i have no order history. I hate this place and never,NEVER will i order from that. i am considering taking legal action and calling 8 on your side. I live in florida and i have a best buy here in st pete. but since i'm handicapped-i have no choice but to rely on internet orders and others to help me out. I would love to sue this crappy company for a 100 BILLION. thanks for letting me vent.
