Time Warner Cable Complaint - Pathetic customer service/service
EL PASO, TEXAS -- I have been having problems with roadrunner for several months now. After hours on the phone talking to techs who know NOTHING. I finally was able to have a tech come over, of course between the hours of 12 and 5 a week later, on the 13th of May(as if I had nothing better to do). I was told by the tech that my modem was fine and that the problem was with the cable outside, he said that he would put in a work order and it would be done in 1 to 2 days. Surprise, here it is the 19th of May and still no internet. Called TWC was told that a work order was never put in, after wasting my breath with one idiot, asked to talk to supervisor and surprise again, not one could be found..
Called back and was told by another idiot that the tech stated that he did a lot of work at my home??????? yet, still no internet. Bottom line, roadrunner SUCKS!!!!! They could care less about the customers only about getting paid for no services.
