Ironwood Communications Complaint - Ironwood Communications - Liars, Rude, Totally Unable To Perform A Simple Task - Direct TV Installation
Direct TV Installation - Complaint
PENTRESS, WEST VIRGINIA -- I have spent all day waiting for the installer. My appt was 8-12. I have called repeatedly and have been told the installer is in route. At 12:15 I called and was told that if I waited until 2:00 they guaranteed he would be here. At 2:15 I was told he was in route and would be here any minute. I called direct TV adn ironwood told them he didn't have any more equipment in his truck. Meanwhile Ironwood is still telling me he is in route. It is now 3:49. I have been on hold with ironwood for nearly an hour.
I URGE EVERYONE, WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH DIRECT TV TELL THE YOU DO NOT WANT IRONWOOD TO INSTALL!!

There was a local company that handled the installation of my DTV,and it wasn't ironwood.These guys sound like a joke.
