Central Florida Jeep Dodge In Orlando Complaint - No Respect On Monday

GEORGIA -- I took my 2007 Jeep in to the dealer today to have the a/c fixed, this is the 3rd Jeep that my husband and I have owned. My husband being a loyal Jeep customer for the past 20 years stood by the name and product. Although we have had the past two (2)truck give us problems etc: both front windows motors breaking in the in the 3rd year, the dash gages stop working in the 3rd year and the passenger air bag light staying on most of the time on his last truck. We were still considering buying this truck. I went in to the sale's area to get information, there was a young man will to talk with me no longer than the time it took for us to exchange information, the sale's manager came over and made the following statement "Do you want me to get Victor to take care of her? because I have a real sale over here". I was outraged at the fact that I was though so little of as a person never the less a valued customer. I got up and walk out the door.

If this is how the Chrysler management is today then no wonder there product don't hold up. On the behalf of the young salesperson he was doing he best he could.
