AT&T High Speed Internet/DSL Informative - Customer Service Sucks!!
MESQUITE, TEXAS, TEXAS -- Let me see, hmmm, where do I begin? You see, I have been dealing with several different issues with AT&T since we had a home phone line installed and signed up for their DSL/high speed internet services. Without boring the general public too much and without getting pissed off as hell all over again, I will make this short and not so sweet.
Made simple: from day 1 that I called them for the services I needed, not two/or more of the customer service reps at AT&T were on the same page! Every time I would call to double check my account or a concern, they would each (have their own story) it took two weeks for them to get my home phone turned on and just as long for my DSL hookup. Not to mention the b.s. They put us through to get a rebate form sent to us in order to receive our rebate check for equipment. To this day we have yet to see the rebate we were promised from the beginning.
Too much other crap in between to explain and it's not worth getting my blood pressure up over them any longer.
By the way, we have been jacking with these monkeys since, oh, about April of 2007!
I hate them!!
