Lowe's Complaint - Unaccpetable service at Lowes
MERIDEN, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered a washer and dryer. The next morning at 8am they call to confirm order. I was impressed at this time I was told I would get a call Sunday ngiht regarding delivery for Mon or Tues. Of course I recceived no call.
I call Lowes on Monday and receive a call back that a third party would call me that night for delivery time on Tuesday. I do receive a call this time. They inform me Tuesday 8am to 11am. I am ill but I get up early to prepare for the delivery.
1208 still no delivery I sit and wiat. I call Lowes in Meriden CT and the operator does not allow me to explain the situation as she is too busy she transfers me. I did get a gret guy who made several calls to the third party. They changed the delivery time to 11am to 3pm. No call to me as if my time is not valuable.
My compnay I work for uses Home Depot and we have always had good luck. The pricing was less at Lowes and I took a chance. Price is not everything if there is not customer service. The girl answering the phone should be fired. and they should fire the third party delivery as they are losing future business.
