National Home Protection Inc Complaint - Horrific Service / Breech Of Contract
ARIZONA -- I have struggled with this company from the get go. A month ago they denied a claim for a common covered item on other home warranty plans. Couldn't fight this one because of the wording in the contract. Now my pool motor dies and they deny it too, when the contract CLEARLY states that it is covered. I have called repeatedly with NO success in speaking to anyone who can help me. I am told they will leave a message, I can e-mail the disputes dept. (which 3 days later they still haven't responded), and when I have pushed them to speak to someone I have gotten the same treatment 3 times in a row. They put me on hold for 30 minutes OR MORE than someone picks up says, "hello, hello" as if they can't hear me, than hang up. Once I can believe, but not multiple times. Why is it that the original operator has no problem hearing me but they can't??????? It is clearly another tactic to not have to speak with me.
In the mean time, my pool is on the 3rd day of no circulation or filtration.
The repair man even says he will never work with this company again. They are completely unethical. Every other home warranty company he does business with covers this same problem without hesitation. Not this company.
Never use this company!!!! They have NO customer service and obviously don't even stick to their own contract.
My attorney is on this one for me. I am not going to let them screw me!!!!!!!!!!
