Ivory White Tooth Whitening Complaint - Complaint about Ivory White

BOULDER, COLORADO -- I recently purchased an item from a company called Ivory White and when I returned the unused package within the time frame stipulated I was charged 28 dollars for a restocking fee. They claim the package was crushed. I doubt this could have happened since I returned it in the original packaging and inside a mailing box with newspaper. I feel this is a way to charge customers who do not want to continue with their services, which leaves them helpless.

I feel this fee is very high, it is 35% of the actual product cost. When I spoke to the customer service manager she was remiss. I feel this is an absurd charge and feel I need to report this incident

I had a similar experience - the "free trial" ended up costing a $20 'repackaging' fee plus the shipping costs to return their (completely unopened, undamaged) product.

It's obvious this company makes a lot of money just charging consumers for their claim of damaged returns.
