Sprint/Nextel Informative - The Service, Coverage And Phones
Keeping a long story short....Have you ever all of a sudden received a voice mail from the day before and the phone never rang? Do you constantly get phone representatives on the phone with accents that are SO strong that you just can't understand them? Service that is aweful! Well, WE can't do anything about it. We are a military family. And because we are military Sprint/Nextel can not put enough towers to support signals for our phones.
Then I ask the magical question, why do WE have to pay to disconnect our service if it is your fault WE can't use our phones. They can't answer that but they sure do want our money.
They tell us every time..."not much that can be done about that." I'm sure if they are treating a military family nasty I can't imagine what they are saying and doing to law abiding citizens!
