The Courtyard (Home Store) Complaint - Unprofessional And Rude

SOUTHAVEN, MISSISSIPPI -- I purchased college graduation announcements from them so they could print them beautifully. Well some things are a myth. The invitations had several blatant typographical errors, that obviously someone who does invitation printing on a daily basis... could not see. I did however approve the format. When I contacted Brook at the store, all she could say was " sorry that happened to you". It is much easier for them to blame the paying customer than to accept their own mistakes.

I would not waste my time or money with this business. A two year old could better hand write them on invitations from target.

Apparently, you do not always get what you pay for. I expected Brook to be better at her job than she was. Some folks just want the money.

If the typos were present, I will grant you 'unprofessional'. But, your accusation of 'rude' is unsubstantiated per the post. In what way was this firm 'rude'? We commonly see 'rude' defined as, "I didn't get what I expected."
