Voice Over IP - Complaint
KENNESAW, GEORGIA -- This has been the worse experience I have ever had with a telephone service. It was one misrepresentation after another. We signed a contract with the agreement to have service on a specific date, 2 weeks after that date we still have no phone service and no return phone calls. No instructions on how to use the equipment and no one cares. We are canceling now.
