Whirlpool - Poor Service
Microwave - Complaint
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I received very poor service from Whirlpool. The control panel stopped working on our 3 year old microwave and we were told that although the control panel was still under warranty, it was on "back order." After 8 months and many calls later, they finally told us it would never be available again and it WAS NOT under warranty!! (BTW, we have had problems with all our Whirlpool products that came with our new house three years ago!)
The company would do nothing for me except to offer me 20% off another Whirlpool microwave. No thank you!!!
