Colonial Dodge Complaint - Very Very Bad Dealer To Deal With

Review by linhardt on 2008-05-26
EASTPOINTE, MICHIGAN -- I went to Colonial Dodge to my truck repainted (they painted the wrong color on one side of my truck), Chrysler was paying for more than half of the work, I had decal on my truck when I took it in. When I got my truck 4 days later, there were no decal on it they said they had to order it and will put them back on when they came in, took my truck home and notice there was some white specs on the fender where they repainted called them and they set there body shop manager out to look and he said there is nothing we can do for that. They lost to much money on painting my truck and they will not repaint it again, and now they want me to pay for my decals that they took off...

They told me not to ever come back to there dealer even for service....

Warning never got to Colonial Dodge for a vehicle very bad horrible place to do business at.

They even forge your signature if they forget to have you sign something (yes that happened to me to there).

The biggest issue here, is the forgery. If the police are not interested, pursue this yourself. One can hire an handwriting analyst (they are not cheap). If the document is indeed forged, I think the rest of this complaint will be solved very quickly and quietly. Good luck!
